Your Seed is NOT Your Money!

Do you ever feel like everyone else gives their testimony of how God gave them a million dollars a few weeks after they sowed a seed of a thousand dollars? -- ok maybe not a million dollars. The point is, you hear it, then you start telling yourself I need to sow better, stay consistent, and give more.
Well, you are not alone, most good hearted people want to give more and often feel a sense of guilt when they're not able to give money.

What if I told you, your seed is not limited to your money. What if I told you that God seldom gives you money for money.
You maybe thinking, yea! I know that;
How about protection, deliverance, or healing? "my seed is speaking for me" while that may have some merit in this discussion, it's not a result of sowing seed. To think that will be to consider it a payment for the things He delights in doing so freely for us. What God looks at is the motive of the heart – he rewards based on the motive behind your generosity. Why do you sow!
The Seed of God, is the Gift of God. Ideas, talents, creativity, and a hunger to manifest the gift of God within you is far greater than any amount of money you will ever sow. It's a power that is within you right now. And the best part is - as long as you know how to use it, you'll never run out of seed. God gives you purpose (talent's, idea's, insight, and abilities) that produce money.
Ponder on this a moment: Nature and Life reveal this truth. God always gives raw materials not finished products. He knew mankind would need to sit - He gave us trees for wood to make chairs. He knew mankind would like to adorn themselves - He gave us precious stones/metals (gold, silver, diamonds, etc.), Clothes - cotton, fuel - crude-oil, Abundant life - He gave us His WORD.
It's common to think this way, but more important than money, is the raw material called seed that God has put inside you?
Your purpose is your raw material
You came naked into the world, but you did not come empty - No one did !
In every person is a seed, and that seed is a gift from God. How you choose to steward or what we choose to do with that gift, is entirely up to you.
Now consider this:
You are only truly successful when you are achieving God's set goals for you at every stage/level of your life.
What if you haven't been sowing the right seed? or better yet, what if you've neglected the greater seed for the easier one - money! Don't get me wrong, making money isn't easy, giving it away is an even less easier thing to do.
So I get it, what I mean by easy is passing up the harder responsibility of discovering and cultivating the seed of God in you.
ISAIAH 55:10: "...that it give seed to the sower, and bread for the eater".
Think for a moment, if God has given you the seed to be a fashion designer, and you never sow that seed, how would we, the eaters, come to you for your designs?
What God requires of you is the seed He has deposited inside you. Ultimately, your life and mine will be defined by the people and lives we touch.
You’re on this planet for a reason. You have something to express and offer that other people need to hear.
